Bisnode is active in 18 countries and is also the largest strategic partner to Dun & Bradstreet, a global provider of economic and risk information.
During its 2013 consolidation, the various specialist departments brought their request for a shared intranet and collaboration platform to their management team. The implementation needed to be completed in a very short amount of time, which is why it wasn’t possible to develop an elaborate local solution. Despite the little time available for implementation, it was essential that the solution be easy for both users and the IT department to operate. Bisnode also wanted to cut its IT operating costs overall. As a result, utilitas introduced Office 365 and adapted it in line with the defined corporate design. The company was so satisfied with SharePoint Online that it replaced its own local mail server with Exchange Online two years later – an even greater benefit for the various departments at the company.
